Not bad at all!

The ingredients make it seem like it should be an absolutely insane pre workout; however the pump was okay, the mental focus was there but really disappointed in the pump . It's possible this was because of the claimed 400mg of caffeine but it didn't feel like there was all that much. Could also be a sign that I've got to lay off the caffeine if 400mg didn't feel insane. Overall pretty decent pre just not what was expected.
