Alpha Lipoic Acid is a coenzyme, and one of the most helpful antioxidants. Alpha Lipoic Acid supports the regeneration of glutathione, one of the body’s primary antioxidants, and helps to recycle glutathione, Vitamins C and E, and Coenzyme Q10.*
