MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) provides a source of naturally present bioavailable sulfur, a mineral that supports collagen, connective tissue and healthy joint cartilage. MSM also supports joint mobility.* This formulation contains 1000mg of OptiMSM® which supports healthy skin aging^, helps with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eye^, supports hair shine, and supports healthy nails.*

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
